• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity will receive a 50% refund.

Itinerary Changes

The order of activities may vary due to operational reasons or weather conditions without affecting the quality of the experience.

If the minimum number of participants required by the operator is not reached, the excursion may be rescheduled.

Weather Conditions

In the event of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, Mazetar Tours may reschedule or cancel the excursion.

If the activity is canceled due to weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.

• Participation under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances is not allowed.
